The site  is  located at  the center of  Yinchuan Old Town, nearby  Beijing East Road,

main road  of the city, which is on the  opposite side of the  government of XingQing

district  and  has  very  good  location  advantages. The  above  ground  part of  the

project consists  of an  office  tower, an apartment tower  and  four-floor commercial

podium. There  is a supermarket on first floor of  basement, and the second and the

third of the basement  are parking garages. Due to lack of high-quality and symbolic

contemporary buildings  around, the project  will be the  new landmark of the old city

center.

Our  design places  the towers  on the  south  side  of  the site to make more spaces

near Beijing East Road as a commercial podium.

Place  the  office tower to the southeast of the site, directly  facing the intersection of

the  two main roads, providing  a  good identifying image  for the  whole project. The

apartment  tower is placed on the West and south sides of the site in the form of "L".

The two towers are connected by a podium to form organic whole.

The plan of the office  tower is  “工”-shaped. The office spaces are put on both sides

of the  north and  south, the  central is  the core  and atrium. The building shaped of

square block  is  divided into three  parts ,  which make  the building  appear tall and

upright, and continuously extend upward to the sky.
